When reporting an outage, please report:

  • Your name and phone number
  • Location of the service and account number and meter number, if available
  • Any additional information pertaining to the outage to help Prairie Land Electric personnel locate the problem so power may be restored quickly

Life-Sustaining Medical Equipment

If you or any member of your family use essential life-sustaining medical equipment prescribed by a physician, please let us know. Please make Prairie Land Electric personnel aware of this so we can contact you to let you know about scheduled power interruptions for maintenance purposes.

Please be sure to acquire a back-up power supply (batteries, generator) for any medical equipment that requires a constant power supply.
